Seeking counsel is an important decision. The first appointment at CCAHope is an Initial Consultation. This appointment guides clients to describe current struggles as well as dreams, give relevant background and state goals. There is no obligation to continue with additional sessions. The intent is to provide recommendations regarding pastoral and professional treatment options.

A follow-up CCAHope Orientation and Assessment appointment will be scheduled if the fit is right and there is good reason to proceed. This appointment prepares each client for the best possible counseling experience and includes computerized questionnaires. Specific counselors are assigned after this session to match with you and your goals.
